You are making an example out of him, he has your money & you can be the judge in this court room whenever you feel necessary. I can almost say I hate liars just as much as I hate killers. I at least understand the feeling that this thread has served its purpose and will no longer generate any positive resolution of the matter and to keep it from spiraling out of control - moving it to the basement here.

But the absolutely moronic response suggesting dougtushyterror is somehow RESPONSIBLE and on par with the crook who took money and has made no good faith effort to make it right is somehow RESPONSIBLE downright stupid it’s laughable. So he made a thread shortly after he got cheated by someone he suspected might pull a stunt like this…is that to suggest there’s a “grace period” for being a stiff ? 10 day waiting period before calling a spade a spade ? Or could it just be someone doesn’t like anyone else drawing too much attention on their board that they aren’t controlling the narrative of ?

Funny how forums have been around now for 3 decades and yet the same problems keep repeating themselves. Mods should not intervene in transactions they aren’t part of and shouldn’t voice opinions unless they are prepared to mediate a dispute. Of course some people just can’t remain silent/transparent and have to chime in with their stupidity. At least BMR provides a clear and reasonable explanation for dumping this thread - and without the need to do any victim blaming along the way.
