Damn, thinking about this now, if the Raiders traded for Reddick that would give them Reddick on one side and Crosby on the other.

That would easily be the best starting edge duo in the league. They would destroy QB's all day long. You can't double team Crosby anymore and Wilkins would put pressure up the middle.

It's more than concerning to hear Pierce say players made business decisions and didn't give effort. That can't be allowed.

Maxx Crosby played injured today and was a game time decision. Our GM better recognize this team NEEDS Haason Reddick.

Also, there is QB controversy now brewing among the Raider Nation.

Because Pierce pulled Minshew at the end of the game and put in O'Connell and he took them right down the field for a TD.

You only make that move if it's permanent. O'Connell should only come on if he's permanently replacing Minshew as the starter.

No need to jump on a true fan...I had money on the Raiders today. Given that, a team that relies more on brotherhood and emotion will play like what is mentioned above...a few good weeks and many bad ones as the talent is not there and they are very poorly coached...I would call their coaching inept which is what happens when the owner listens to the players...especially players that are not winning games (see last year). I stand by my 3-6 prediction for the first nine.
The bigger issue is now that Dak is signed, who do they install as QB next year as the draft is not deep at that position and next year's FA market will be weak. I see Daniel Jones or Russel Wilson in their future and I don't see Adams in their future after November 5th.
