Pierce has to go along with his staff. I think the bold move is to work with Deion to get him to coach and then together get the number one or two pick in the draft alerting the league that his son will only play with the Raiders. They have very little to trade, but could put together a package to Tenn or Cleveland, each of which is desperate especially with the extra motivation of the QB not wanting to play in their city. I understand the implications of this move and am not even suggesting Sanders will be a great coach, but the Raiders have been irrelevant for years and this would move them to the front page plus, I think, attract much better free agents. Deion and Las Vegas are a great match.
Deion Sanders?

He's abysmal against top 25 teams.

He hasn't proven he can coach at a high level.

I like the Raiders right where they are at 6.

We got the best player in the draft last year at 13 in Bowers.

We'll get a high impact guy at 6.

Pierce is coming back. So is this staff.

We need to rebuild the O line.

Hopefully, sign a guy like Becton from Philly in the off-season and then add a player in the draft.

At 6, very likely Jranty will be on the board and RB is a major need.

I'm good with staying at 6.

This franchise is hot garbage

They need a college coach like the TX guy. Trade for Vikes JJ

Try to get an identity
They said they want someone with NFL head coach experience.

Which explains why they reached out to old retreads like Belichick, Carroll, Saleh.

I would want an offensive guy. Only defensive guy I would consider would be Spags from KC.
