sadly not next year. He's 61 years old, so he has some years left, but i'm waiting patiently and often joke that he's ready to retire

big raise for sure. double weekly salary and then a large bonus check at the end of each month

compared to now, if I hit the bonus levels it's like $750-1500 bonus pending numbers

manager bonus's are 5 figures. I'd be making at least 175,000 as sales manager

yea I was a finance manager for 3 years and self demoted myself...not going into story....

but for those years in finance the pay boost was certainly a nice thing in my life. Finance is essentially paid in b/t sales and sales manager. I was over 100K but still underpaid and valued for the money i was producing

so went back to sales. less work, less stress, less responsibility, less money of course

take good with the bad
