I thought the same thing. He did resist A LOT, in addition to evading the cops. If he had complied he'd be alive today. But, his actions did not warrant the beating by the cops.

Once the cops caught him, they went way over the line beating him. They had him and held his arms while they kicked and punched him. There has to be some controls on the cops or more people could die.

I'm not arguing that Tyre was somewhat at fault but, not at fault to the extent of being killed.

Yes this was extreme but it appears that one cop lost it not all of them

The one pummeling him is the one who should be charged
