While that might be true for the short term, in the long run, we'll be far better off because of them.

Because it will mean far lower taxes, possibly even the elimination of the income tax, more and better higher paying jobs for Americans, more manufacturing plants, lower cost of energy which means you will save money on your monthly energy bills.
