This is all I've got right now.
Could this be a difference between the mobile/desktop versions of the site?
This is what i've got too
Happy to help caramba..the reason for my interest in this thread is that I have an extremely vested interest in "Carliga" doing what they did at the USO in less than 2 wks from now. [assuming the Celtics do their part tonight]I have now been told by them that it's a matter of recreational players vs non-recreational players. I can't really trust any information from the idiots working the chats, but I believe that's actually what has happened here, what they deem recreational players see all selections, what they deem non-recreational see only some.
I fully believe this was not meant to be applied like this for a big market like a tennis grand slam (the rec vs non-rec is usually for obscure stuff like Russian table tennis), but now that it has been set that way it's quite the challenge to get them to understand this and change it. I know this because it's happened in the past that they've set some markets for recreationals only, but once the info has gotten to the right person they have changed these settings, so that the markets have become available for all players.
Thanks again biprob, sportsbettor and ace for sharing this info. I believe I have all the info I need now.
Not so much so on to the nextoh wow. good call on the Boston comeback!
I believe more in Iga than Carlos to be honest. Carlos so prone to throw in a crap performance every now and then, even if he looked good today. And Novak is a beast in bo5, even when he has looked rough in the lead-ups so he's my pick! But I've been wrong in my predictions many times so my input might be best to ignore![]()
It's stuff like this why I stopped playing offshore as soon as online betting became legal in NY early last year. Basic stuff like worrying about them accusing me of past posting, intentionally betting a "bad" line if I ever really hit a big bet just wasn't worth the aggravation. Obv. as you pointed out customer service is a joke if you ever want anything resolved. Unfortunately this bet went sideways but when I hit this parlay for over 98k in Jan I never worried about FanDuel honoring the bet & paying it [cashed out 78k which was in my checking account within 5 days]. Not saying Bookmaker wouldn't have done the same but I can't even parlay tennis Futures there so this type of bet would've never even been an option.yeah would have been less painful for you if Boston just lost in 4!
Odds up for all selections for all players now. When I point it out to them for days and send them detailed explainations with screenshots of exactly what has gone wrong, they refuse to admit that it's a mistake and that it's designed to be like that by upper management and that it's final decision etc. Then I point out the same thing to a trader there I know (he hasn't been in in a while) and he tells them the same thing they sort it within hours.
at Bookmaker, it always felt more like regional restrictions to me.I have now been told by them that it's a matter of recreational players vs non-recreational players. I can't really trust any information from the idiots working the chats, but I believe that's actually what has happened here, what they deem recreational players see all selections, what they deem non-recreational see only some.
I don't have the sense that this is more likely to happen at BM than at FanDuel. Has BM done this to you?Basic stuff like worrying about them accusing me of past posting, intentionally betting a "bad" line if I ever really hit a big bet just wasn't worth the aggravation.
So I guess @caramba is correct that different accounts have different betting menus. I guess it's a risk management thing, with "sharp" accounts not allowed to play softer markets.those Yes/No French Open Futures I can see
as mentioned above, not allowing parlays at all (no matter what kind of sport or betting type) is also one of their restrictions. As far as I understood, this affects all European accounts, for example. My main gripe with them is how restrictive they are when it comes to parlaying Futures.
FYI same thing for me. Lots of women's selections, none for men.No men's tennis pick winner at all offered tonight available for me and I don't know if that's because they just haven't odds up yet, or if they messed up again and disabled everything for non-recreational customers after having finally made everything available yesterday.
