Unfortunately, the pre-sale authorization was by random draw. You signed up for it last week and were told on Monday (day before the pre-sale started) if you made the list. They then provided you a pre-sale code if you were one of the lucky ones. I was lucky and go the code but...... it failed to work at the very end of the waiting game.

Bruce Springsteen tickets went on sale(l camped out and got tickets) and was on the news how people stood in line and got shut out.
Bill Graham said blame your hero he’s playing five shows in LA but only two here in Oakland.
And The Rolling Stones you didn’t have to run and get tickets because like clock work every tour if a show sold out they added a second show.

The Bruce show l speak of was Born in the USA tour which bolted him to super stardom he never played an indoor venue after that.

I don't but my daughter did. That was the backup to the backup plan for getting tickets.
Pre-sale occurred on Tuesday.
Capital one card holder pre-sale on Wednesday.
Public sales started today but those were cancelled --> Sold out.
