So he's giving out $1776 to 1.3M troops. Lets call it $2B. I think this is great. People in military deserve everything we can give them.

He said the money was from the tarrifs. What happens if SCOTUS rules the tarrifs were illegal? The money charged to companies has to be given back to them. Does that mean he will have to "claw-back" the $1776 from each person in the military?????????

Seems like the planning part of this process wasn't thought out well considering the risks that could come with an unfavorable SCOTUS ruling.

I think that is the point. He is basically saying to the SC that if you take away the tariffs, no checks for the troops, you really wanna do that????...
