Chelsea finished the season 3rd w/ 74 pts. Everton was 16th in the EPL w/ 39 points. IMO Everton could easily be one one of the teams relegated at the end of this season.

I will have to say Headsterx brought up the fact that Everton hasn't lost an opening EPL game in 10 seasons....

Get your tea as Saturday action has started. Huge underdog Fulham is hanging tough against Liverpool but it’s early with a lot of game remaining.

I will admit it is very expensive and I did make this play yesterday at -159 following the Arsenal game.
A decent play to avoid some of the juice might be the goal line -0.75 -143.

Starters:
Peterson (NYM) vs Odorizzi (ATL) fairly even matchup for starting pitchers. Peterson is a southpaw and ATL does bat better against lefties (0.262 vs 0.245 AVG) but I think NYM come back from yesterday's loss to the Braves with a win today. The Mets lost the game in the 1st and 2nd innings yesterday. Today, Peterson should hold the Braves bats back. In his last 4 starts he's had 8 ER in 21 innings.

Batting:
The Mets have been slightly better at the plate than the Braves in recent games.
ATL WRC+ 125, OPS 0.810, AVG 0.277
NYM WRC+ 159, OPS 0.906, AVG 0.311

Misc:
The Mets have lost two in a row at home only twice this season.
- Late June vs Houston against Verlander and Valdez.
- 2 weeks ago vs SD against Snell and Darvish
Both times were against decent pitchers.

Over the last few games the Mets are averaging 7 rpg while the Braves are 4.5 rpg.
