Steele (CUB) is sharp this season. Since his injury on May 31st, he's had 2 starts 5 innings/6 innings giving up only 3 ER total. Quantrill (CLE) is coming back from the IL (shoulder issue in late May). He wasn't very good before he went on IL and I don't see how that will have changed.

Cleveland is also pretty weak vs left handed pitchers (0.237 avg).

Cubs are about breakeven on the units won at home.
CLE is a -6 units on the road so far this year.
