Retractable roof definitely, like they have in Miami.

I guess so.... Its a tough call in some cities considering the taxpayers usually are the ones to cover the cost of a stadium and a dome costs a lot more.

I can't see PIT ever playing in a dome and I think it would be sacrilege to make the Cubs play anywhere but Wrigley.
