I have to admit, the Cardinals are on a roll. They are playing some good baseball the last 1-2 weeks.

I don’t like G-Rod on the road in general for his career. 15 road starts and 12 of those starts he failed to reach 6 IP. Two appearances were in Toronto in-fact. I like Gausman‘s form a touch better, both teams are winning, a little hard to decipher this one, small card today as well.

My thoughts:

I had the pitching as a slight edge to TOR but almost even.
Batting last 10 days --> BAL WRC 138 vs TOR 94.
Batting last 10 days --> BAL OBS 0.364 vs TOR 0.300
Relief Pitching --> BAL slight edge due to their better pitchers being available while TOR's best
relievers pitched yesterday.
Run Difference last 10 days --> BAL 20, TOR -1
BAL +4.6 units on the road. TOR -3.6 units at home
BAL has 2nd best road record (67%) behind the Yankees at 69%.
Toronto is also about 50-50 at home.


Rodriquez is the weaker pitcher but I'm hoping the O's bats come through.

Yeah Baltimore’s offense is on fire, don’t wanna bet against that lol. This is probably a “no play”. Starting to like Cardinals +158, but would like to get a better number in the +160’s or higher.

I agree. The Cardinals look good lately (don't let Flyingillini hear me say that). I wouldn't bet against them for damn sure right now. +158 looks enticing TBH.

I just hate betting into Verlander and Houston at home (I'm a homer). It just doens't feel right and I know I don't read their games in an impartial manner.
