GL - going against Skenes in his debut - I like it.

Dude is gonna be great - don’t get me wrong - but he’s a rookie going against veterans and he will be on a relatively short leash too.

Probably the most hyped rookie pitcher who didn’t arrive from Japan since Kerry Wood. He will be good and he will strike guys out with his stuff - but some are ready to hand him ROY and CY award before he’s thrown a pitch.
