Demographics & incomes don't add up. Not even top 50 & no large business or industrial base. Growth is based on broke hipsters & MAGA moving to burbs. 2 groups that could care less about a bunch of Latinos playing ball or a relocated team seeking $1B for a stadium in a tax free state.

Predators attendance one of 4 NHL teams to decline last year & Titans bottom of league in average attendance & ticket price. The city peaked a decade ago.

NOLA would build the stadium, Salt Lake City would give away the land but not build, Mexico City would sell out EVERY game and open international expansion opportunities to the true base once MLB can get Toronto to move.
I love New Orleans more than anywhere, not even a consideration for pro baseball there

Nashville is a massive boomtown, has been for close to a decade now.

It's had a nice run, but it's location is a non starter.

3 MLB teams already within 3 hours each direction. StL, Atlanta, Cin. No way they'd go for it.

If Puerto Rico had any money that'd be a spot, or do a deal w Cuba for a State owned team.
