Tampa don’t end until Derby weekend. It’s Turfway that I’m concerned about.

Shug has two in here and they are being ignored on the board, despite his high winning percentage and good ROI at Tampa. Going with the Marin mount, as the jock has been awesome all meet.

Keeping the faith that Posadas will start winning again. He’s too good not to run off a few W’s before the meet ends.

Good sign for the Posadas barn going forward though.

Trainer Smith has been laying in the weeds the last few weeks. Has a couple nice scores this meet. I’m betting he has one or two more before the meet let’s out in May.

I never heard of Saratoga Bets

It sucks. I joined because Kevin Cox, “The Brooklyn Cowboy,” shills for it. I throw a few bucks in every now and then when they are running promos.
But, the promos suck too. In addition to the fact that their video feeds cuts out if you don’t tap the screen through the race.

Got about a month left in the meet. Think we will see the trainers who are normally dependable, but having down meets, pick up some wins before the meet let’s out. Guys like the aforementioned Posadas, Padilla, Speith, Granitz, and a few others. Will be on the lookout for them at nice prices.

$20 win #3 Crocodile Hunter 12-1 (Padilla)
$2 exbx 3/5,6,7

Padilla has had a bad meet percentage-wise, but has two huge bombs to make the ROI look good. I’ve missed both of them, the most recent being a $122 horse last Saturday. Think he starts cashing a bit more consistently on the way out the door.

Total stab here but trainer Skanabel has had two huge bombs here the last two years. Both coming at the tails-end of the meet. Don’t know if she can do it again, but worth a bet at the price.
