I'm not sure that should matter. If you're not doing your job well no matter if you're African Amer, Caucasian, Asian, etc..., you should be replaced. I realize this doesn't always happen but, it should.

They are nearly $60 million over the and a crap load of free agents

Bowles, has had his chance, outside of Tomlin, just don't think they make good coach's, the league wants to have enough minority coach's and GMs to keep the black players happy
