welp the vitamin c is fighting for its life inside my body lmao i picked up a stupid cough over the weekend. legit coughing every 5 mins and cant sleep throughout the night without heavy sleeping meds. feel like my body has absolutely no energy. its been in lie the 40/s50s here in soflo so the cold definitely is not helping

i was made for the sun/heat, not the cold

Do you have access to a steam room & jacuzzi Le ? Back when 24 hour fitness was around in Broward county that would always help me. They had a nice sauna & steam room with jacuzzi.

yeah i think my issue is the lack of rest. i wanted to sleep the entire weekend but my brother was like NOPE its christmas lol

Do you have access to a steam room & jacuzzi Le ? Back when 24 hour fitness was around in Broward county that would always help me. They had a nice sauna & steam room with jacuzzi.

i do at LA but i havent been in a hot sec. i do miss the sauna tbh. idt they are open today but i'll try to slide over there tomorrow
