get up early,get outside as sun is rising, move body avoid caffeine for first 2 hrs awake and for 8 hrs before you plan to sleep. put in an honest days work, avoid more than 60 mins of total screen time, don't eat like an asshole, get a solid work out in, spend time cultivating real relationships with humans.
