I've been active my entire lifeThe way people eat even if they are alive by the time they are 50 often demented high blood sugar obesity etc causes cognitive disorders I understand being that way at 76 not 50 Its lifestyle related
But the fact is, the older you get, the less time you find for everything
Couple years ago i FINALLY found myself gaining weight
"It only took 1 person making a joke about it to wake me up
My bloodwork showed high cholesterol & high triglycerides
I got my azz back to work with exercising more and as I talked about before, cut my solids-meals down to once per day - Dinner
It's hard at first but after than not at all as your body starts using what you have stored
You will read and hear from many ppl that crash dieting like that is dangerous and unhealthy
I can tell you that bullsh!t
I lost 20 pounds, got bloodwork again, and everything was good again
I told the dr what I was doing and she said hey whatever is working keep doing it
I'd like to start playing sports again more but there just isn't enough time in the day
