October 31

Kevin Durant over 31.5 points -105

Brooklyn has been an Achilles' heal this season in terms of betting, but I think we see a big response game from Durant after a quieter showing. He ended up with 26 points but was passive for most of the game here and also didn't shoot the ball well. I think the fortune changes a little bit in this one.


Hawks/Raptors under 222 points -105

The Hawks have had some prolific scoring efforts from Trae Young and DeJounte Murray. I think they slow down a little bit after a valiant effort in Milwaukee. I think Toronto's length stymies them a little bit, and creates a relatively low scoring game

Andrew Wiggins over 5.5 rebounds -135

This number feels a little low to me, despite the heavier price. Wiggins has proven himself to be quite a physical rebounder. I think he was a little passive this past weekend, and look out for him to be more aggressive tonight. Gimme the over here


Nets -1.5 -105

Am I being suckered in to this Nets team? Maybe. Idc. I am not sold on Chicago, even if I'm not completely sold on Brooklyn being anything good either. I think we are on the cusp of a small run from Brooklyn though to at least make their record respectable in the coming weeks. I'll lay less than a bucket at home

Donovan Mitchell under 26.5 points -105

I love this Cavs team and I think they have a shot to be a real contender in the conference, and Mitchell has been playing out of his mind. But with Garland returning and a hot shooting night game before, think he is a little quieter scoring wise in what should be a tight ball game.


Hawks/Knicks under 233 -110

Getting caught on wrong side of Atlanta totals, but I like under here. I think New York will try to slow game down a bit and bottle up Trae. It may or may not work, but I'll take a shot here.


Kings/Heat under 221 -110

I think a draining, come back win might be a little bit of sluggishness on the Miami side of things. I look for them to slow it down a bit in this one. Kings coming off a win too, means they're probably chucking up some bricks. I'll go under here.


Grizzlies/Blazers over 226.5 -105

This number feels slightly low to me. I don't think either team is going to struggle to score here, as I don't see how Memphis is going to have many answers for Portland's perimeter and vice versa. Expect some points. Portland seems to get into higher scoring games as a home dog, so kinda think that happens here.


Lakers ML +140

Yeah, I'm betting on these clowns to win 2 games in a row. I think they finally got a little bit of positive mojo from that win the other night and I think they keep it going. Meh. Lol.

Warriors -9.5 -105

Time to get your head out of your asses, boys. Warriors starting unit has looked nice, but the bench has looked awful. The team as a whole knows it won't play a meaningful game until 2023, but they need to at least get out of this current slump. Good team to do it against


Jamal Murray over 2.5 3-pointers +130

Murray is slowly getting acclimated back to NBA life. I think this is a nice opportunity for him to get some shots up -- against an OK team that really struggles to guard the perimeter. At that price, worth a shot

Kevin Durant over 33.5 points -110

Might seem a little rich, but without Kyrie and KD coming home, I think he puts on a show tonight. He looks as good as ever scoring wise, it's just a shame the team is a mess.


Cavs/Pistons under 220 -105

I know divisional angles aren't as big in NBA, but these two teams can play ugly games when they meet. I think Cavs might be coming down from a high a bit and could be sluggish to start offensively, though they probably correct it in time to win.


Lakers -3 -105

The new-look (Russ off bench) Lakers are gonna keep the train rolling tonight and continue their conquest towards a championship team (lol). But no, Utah hitting reality pretty soon and Lakers are playing better. So lay the 3.

Milwaukee has been awesome, and hard to fade them right now. But I am going to take a shot with Atlanta at home. Think they have the guards to give this team problems, and I think it's solid value. Pairs well with other play.


Grizzlies ML +140

Think this pairs well with other play as I mentioned. Memphis is one of the few teams that has the length and depth to match Boston, and having that value at home is nice


Hoping for a split of home dogs and profit, maybe like last time get 'em both to cash

It's a daunting task for sure, given how Milwaukee is playing.

I do like the double home dog ML strategy though when there's a big slate of games on a week night, especially at this juncture of the year. Sometimes these better teams just don't have it, don't care as much (see Warriors for prime example of this).

I like the Hawks here. Utah has been a surprise team so far, but I think they come back to reality sooner than later. Atlanta isn't great, but I think they should be able to clear this # at home against a weak defense.


LeBron James over 26.5 points +110

Love the value here. James is a little dinged up on his foot, but I think taking the Utah game off will help him and he will look to be aggressive here.

Raptors ML -115

I like Toronto to get the job done at home. I think they are plucky and one of the few teams to be able to give the Celtics some fits on the defensive end strictly from a match up standpoint. I also think they just need this one a little more. I think they get it done


Heat ML +115

Gimme the South Beach boys here. I think they are another East team that's a little slow out of the gate, but better than their record. I think they have the defensive pieces to match up well with the Grizzlies.

Bucks -6.5 -110

I think this is a "get right" kind of game at home against a team that is better than people realize. But I think 6.5 is a little low, and Sacramento gets a mini-humbling here.

Timberwolves -5 -105

I will side with Minnesota here. I do think Indiana, coming off a big win, is going to come down a little bit here and so I think a Wolves team looking to get on the right track gets it done.

Will I regret this? Probably. But San Antonio is due for a win and this seems like an opportunity to get one against an undisciplined and bad team at home


Nuggets ML +100

I think Portland is coming back down to earth as lilttle bit and I think a good team in Denver can get this done as a small dog

Suns -1.5 -105

I think Phoenix gets it done here. That Celtics loss was pretty bad, and I think they will show some energy to night to kind of wash it away. New Orleans has been good, but a tad overrated IMO.


Mavericks PK -110

Big-ish game at home. I think Dallas has the pieces defensively to disrupt Giannis a little bit, and think they have length to get out on shooters. At home, I think they get it done
