I have 15 monitors and in the middle of the room I am on a treadmill, two headsets on. NY/Jersey guys on one, west coast guys the other. One screen dedicated entirely to BMR, have auto-refresher on and set at 10secs, I check every thread and take notes on posters, their habits, etc. When someone bashes me I turn treadmill up and do sprints, 20secs on, 40secs off.
