Penn State was average against Quad 1 and 2 teams this season, and that is why they are the #10 seed in the BIG 10 tournament. Purdue easily won both matchups this season and won’t leave today’s day up to chance. Penn State was an underdog in their three tournament games and won all of them, so we give them tremendous credit, but the Boilermakers are far superior. Penn State starters must be exhausted playing in their 4th game in four days, and it will only get easier with a weak bench. Zach Edey is one of the best players in college basketball and can take over a game with his shooting and rebounding ability. Edey will block just about anything coming his way. Fletcher Loyer and Braden Smith are great guards, and Matt Painter is the better of the two coaches. Take Purdue.
