Rams/Eagles Over 42.5
If the weather forecasters are correct, we should see a few inches of snow in our first game. Most people panic when they see less-than-ideal weather, but the wind only affects the game. It won’t be too windy. Slippery conditions favor the offense as the defense has to react and get put on ice skates trying to make a tackle. The Eagles love to run the football behind Saquon Barkley, so the weather will not stop them. Philadelphia has a massive offensive line that will push the Rams front seven back like a sled. The Rams can also run the ball with Kyren Williams and have one of the most talented receiver rooms in the league. Tight end Tyler Higbee could have a productive day as he can turn short passes into long gains as his massive frame gains momentum. Both offensive lines are large and can initiate contact, so look for an entertaining old-fashioned game. Take the Over.

Rotation # 394
Bills +1.5 over Ravens
Both teams are incredibly talented, so this is where home-field advantage means a lot. Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen are nightmares to stop as their legs bring an extra element to the offense that is tough to stop. Zay Flowers being out with a knee injury is less than ideal for the Ravens on the road. The Bills’ defense is stacked with talent and depth at all three levels and should do enough to get the ball back to their offense. Buffalo can lean on the legs of running back James Cook, and Josh Allen can target Khalil Shakir and Dalton Kincaid. Curtis Samuel is a veteran receiver who has stepped up in the playoffs. The Ravens’ pass defense has been suspect, especially on the road this season. Look for Buffalo to advance to the AFC Title Game. Take the Bills.
