I know, I remember back in the day placing bets with 5 Dimes and Bodog right on my phone while walking into the stadium to see a game

I think the difference is, being able to go to the window and have cash in hand as you walk to your car in the stadium parking lot. having more $ in your wallet than before you paid the scalper, paid for parking, paid 75 bucks for a couple beers, pizza and nachos
