The kid is pretty awkward, but the interview is interesting (to me). He fell victim to touts and racked up huge losses at a credit bookie. As always with compulsive gamblers, there's a lot of talk about his low points, but no talk about paying people the money he owes them.

Yea you're right . I just reached the end and no talk as to how he ended up paying the 20k back. I'm sure that story isn't flattering but just a wild guess... if we are to believe him, his parents probably covered that debt but for sure these stories should talk about how they climbed out of the hole. No one ever discusses that and it would have been a good opportunity to do so.
