Doesn’t make much sense, accusing a guy of cheating. Yet when he lost the bet he had here with vitty he pays him the $500, which vitty acknowledged getting paid, that doesn’t sound like how a scammer operates to me

He also wanted to keep betting and had no idea it would be 1 bet only. If that makes it believable there are many scammers that would love to bet with you CP. Isn't that the oldest scam in the books to lose at 1st(not that he lost on purpose but many scammers turn it into it a win-win situation).

He can clear the air and show ID matching he is who he said he is when he signed up with BMR and with BMR linked books. He won't though. He will just deflect everything back on Vitty not be 100% honest in everything Vitty posts.

This isn't about him being banned here at BMR. I have requested he not be banned but given the freedom of speech to prove himself or apologize, and pay back what he took from us and continue to keep posting if he would like(BMR has given that same opportunity to every scammer we have caught.) Forums are giving out the same amount of cash for contests no matter if it is a scammer or a legit posters that wins the prize. That is a fact. You think other forums care who wins?? BMR is different.

You think I would have made this thing this big of an issue if I didn't feel passionate about the integrity of our contests and staff/poster safety?? Posters and staff safety will always be a top priority as long as I am here. That is why JDS is no longer posting here. I wish Rudy was here as a Disputes guy being a player's advocate and a regular member of the SOD POD. Sober Rudy that is. Not the Rudy encouraged to start shit. If you need to resort to posters being encouraged to troll good people for views like the RX is doing than your content fvcking svcks. Put out a good product, be honest with posters, provide good entertainment, and provide a safe environment for everyone to feel safe and comfortable opening up to everyone is what is going to keep a forum relevant for the next generation of posters. This is what BMR has been doing and why we are seeing the great long-time posters we are seeing. You will always have drama as not everyone gets along but still having fun shooting the shit daily more than they do with their own family.

For the record, I have always liked Tuesday and think that has been documented numerous times over and over. I don't want Tuesday to leave. I want him to be healthy again but for that to happen he needs admit he fvcked up. We all fvck-up in this life. Come clean bud.

I also requested to the Powers to be that if he comes clean than we hire Reg. Reg is a good dude and a smart fvcking guy who can help fill a void making BMR relevant into the next generation of posters. As he said in the podcast he was in, some of us in life get into "ruts" occasionally. Lets turn this one into a positive for him and our community. You all seen how good of a person he is in real life.
