Still alive for now

Go to consult in early March with surgeon to get their take. Who knows if they even feel it’s needed.

It’s not a “big” deal I guess - but still given the roller coaster of no issues to major surgery and then dealing with all this after - it’s a lot to process.

Need to start getting off my ass and back into the gym too - was doing good till around Christmas - then the holidays/work got busy and the snow and cold started and I quit leaving the house - been there like 3 times this month.

Funny - cold weather never bothered me till this - now it’s a major pain in the ass. They warned me you become more sensitive following a heart attack (cold weather constricts arteries - reducing ability for body to move oxygen via the bloodstream). Also having issues with my legs going numb - could be from this or could be beginning of Parkinson’s - which is scary in its own right. Fell more this month than I have in my entire life I think.

Sorry to hear that, it shall be exhausting to your psychology as it would to everyone of us.

A healthy lifestyle is the best. Walk, workout, socializing when you feel it, eat healthy and in the proper times - not before sleep.

Nobody knows the bad things the future may bring to us, illness, cancer, hit by a car.
These thoughts are only depressive. Live the moment and keep it up!
