The representative from Skybook has worked with us for a long time and he does admit fault and change things when needed.

They claim it was a staff input error that was not available for very long and only a handful of bets were made in that time. Which were all voided.

I do not think Skybook is lying. This was two full days after odds for Walker to go first plummeted across the market to around +450 so I would expect to be seeing more complaints like this if he had been left up at +2250 for two days.

BMR suggested to Skybook that considering the time delay in cancelling these "errors" that they should be honoring these bets at fair market odds.

Regardless of their excuse, they should pay this bet. They waited a month before deciding it was a bad line. If the Walker talk of being top pick had waned and Hutchison was clear No. 1 in the few days before the draft do you think OP would have had his bet refunded? No way. They freerolled him for a month.

This is really my main problem with it.

Books are well aware when they take action on a line, especially an exotic and especially from a sharp.

They waited until Walker was clearly going #1 by all accounts to void. Had they voided shortly after I (and apparently others) bet, citing line mistake, fine. I'd believe it.

There's a moral to this story. Skybook is for rec players who want huge bonuses that come with huge RO's. Much better options out there. I stopped using that family of books a couple years ago when they took almost 3 months to pay me my balance of 14k.

It does have all the hallmarks of a free roll. I will update you when I have any more information.
