Average 5 teams that change out of the playoff picture. Meaning, on average, 5 teams that didn't make the playoffs the year before will make the playoffs now and conversely, 5 teams that did make the playoffs the season before, will not make the playoffs this season.

So the playoffs teams from last season were...

AFC:

Chiefs
Bills
Ravens
Chargers
Steelers
Broncos
Texans

NFC:

Eagles
Lions
Vikings
Packers
Commanders
Rams
Bucs

So 5 of those teams will not make the playoffs this season.

So who replaces them?

THE FUKKIN RAIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDEEEEEERRRRESSSSS!!!

It's Redskins and i know the going will be rougher this year. I'm figuring they go 9-8 or 10-7 and maybe make the playoffs.
Oh believe me I know it, bro. I'm with you on the Redskins name.

The thing people don't realize about the Raiders is last season, we should have won 4 games we lost. Which means we should have rightfully won 8 games not 4.

The Raiders are light years ahead of where they were last season now. We finally have no QB controversy for the first time in many years.

We had the dead last worst rushing attack in the league last season, now we have Ashton Jeanty and a vastly improved O line.

Our defense is solid. Very solid, in fact. Right now, the only glaring need I see is a good slot corner.

Raiders are going to make a lot of noise this year, bro.

Under the new format the seven teams in each conference would still consist of four division champions and three wild-card teams. However, the big change is that the teams would be seeded by who has the best record. Under this proposal, a wild-card team could be seeded ahead of a division winner if the wild-card team has a better record. This means that a wild-card team could be seeded as high as No. 2. Under the current format, the four division winners get the top four seeds followed by the three wild-card teams. In the current format, no wild card team can be seeded higher than fifth.

I have 3 new playoff teams: Bengals, Dolphins, and 49ers

Think they'll replace: Steelers, Chargers, and Vikings
