True or false?

The WNBA would be smart and wise to instruct all players on the court to immediately pick up any sex objects on the court and immediately start slobbering all over it orally.

This would certainly help with ratings and thus, revenue.

Am I right?

Seriously surprised some adult shop hasn’t jumped on the amazing publicity opportunity this offers them - running a WNBA themed special.

Being affiliated with the NBA - they will of course never allow official partnerships with a sex shop - gambling app - no problem, hard liquor - absolutely, known criminals courtside - hey they are welcome to pay inflated prices at our games…but a legal adult themed business - nope, it’s a bad look on a league plagued by gambling scandals and labor problems.

Heard they arrested someone for this.

Personally - suspect the NBA actually “promoted” this store via their PR team. No way you see this on the front page of ESPN if the league doesn’t want it there.

If a fan walked up and tossed a hand full of losing prop bet tickets for example onto the court - no way in hell you ever see that story - and no way it takes more than 10 seconds to identify the fan, arrest them and haul their ass off to a special area where they will be dealt with by league security.

This was a planted story trying to draw more “interest” in the league by any means possible.

Wow interesting take... "They did for the media attention."

Could be true but, a sex toy? I would expect to see more "fights" (i.e. refs not calling anything) to draw more attention. Might be a little more media friendly than a sex toy.... just a little.;)
