I also get the feeling other handicappers from other gambling forums (SBR) are stealing my plays as well and posting it as theirs.

In my opinion there is a route you can take here. It is the legal route. For now. I would put a disclaimer in all of your picks, make sure that you get the credit for it. Put a disclaimer in all of your plays from now on.
