Nice how many men you have working under you ? I’ve been a foreman on two projects in my career, but small jobs like 3-5 men under me. It was a little awkward because the guys that were working under me were 10-20 years older, so naturally as I was pointing my finger they felt a type of way. They were paying me a lousy rate to run jobs so I quit & started to do freelance work, it was a non-union company.
