for my generation, is retirement even possible? No SSI more than likely. Who the hell knows

I'm waiting for my 60 year old sales manager to retire. Everyone knows I am next in line. but he has no plans on retiring for at least 4 years. Would bump my pay up like 50-60%. Would be very very nice haha

that would help long term. but being 32 years old, retirement isn't even in my thoughts

Yeah our goverment has totally let us down & the generation after us that’s for sure.
