Not legal in NC - but keep in mind this is a freaking state that made a “sport” out of outrunning law enforcement and whose biggest tradition seems to be doing the opposite of whatever the hell they are told is allowable.

The entire freaking South is weird as hell. I doubt they give you any shit down there unless you begin walking around talking shit about how much better things are up North and how backwards ass they really are down there.
