[RESOLVED] - Bookmaker scamming me?

Work in progress with BMR to get it resolved. I am lucky to have BMR advocate on my behalf, because BM didn't even reply my inquiring email.

Just had a ridiculous chat with them. Totally got ignored. Such a great book with immediate payouts but if you ignore your clients on small matters what happens when it is a big matter. Not worth being put in that position. Should not need an advocate to have a company actually listen to your complaints. gL my friend!!

I can see why it is hard for my case. I was explaining it to the CS that have no power. The supervisor probably have no idea how Bitcoin works. And all they do is look at the system and the system said money was sent.

So in terms of gambling I needed a parlay. I need A someone that has power to make changes, B. Know what actually happened.

Can confirm. looks like we have to eat the bitcoin crash costs. I thought it would be a good time to get bitcoin since its down 10% in the last couple days. cashed out $1000 and this is the e-mail I receive. Short over $100!!! lol Now this is outright theft!!!! No more cashing out bitcoin for me.

Want to add this has been resolved. JJ from bookmaker credit me back $1300. He said he also fixed 8 other peoples account that has been effected.

Great to hear! I told you, Bookmaker is not out to scam anyone, and they have a great track record with accurate bitcoin deposits and payouts. Offshore customer service can definitely be a frustrating to navigate sometimes, but they fixed it once it got to the right person.

I have checked every day since this issue and no credit has been awarded. I can confirm that they are sending the correct amounts now. Ive since received 3 cashouts 1k$+ with bitcoin (from bookmaker/justbet.co) and received the correct amount all times. I will put a complaint in and see if I can get the $105 difference back. Any and all help is appreciated.

Really happy you got yours, this is not the way they should make cuts, if they need to make changes. I did cash in $200+ worth of betpoints since this transaction, so just considered that the make up, but I will see if they can fix the $1000 payout, which I only got $895 for.

Hope its not an issue that this was at justbet.co Will update with any results.

same kind of thing happened at bovada a few weeks back... something was goofed up on their end, they weren't trying to short anyone (hopefully) and also hopefully they make everyone whole

stuff like this is why i take payouts in smaller amounts if possible... i would rather take 4 payouts of 5k in case there is a huge bitcoin move against me

It's true they are not trying to stiff anyone. But stuff like this should be corrected after explaining to the CS and should have been escalated to the right department. But the problem occur when the right department, just goes "nope, we got it right." Which then requires BMR to step in.
