How much does your faith have to do with picks? I have given my mind , body and soul to Christ. I often have conversations with him when I am done with confession. I have had deep conversations with him about my picks. I have been taking his advice and now hitting 58%. Christ is King!

with the current situation in israel/palestine... this thread is a good reminder that many jewish people (especially the ruling elite) hate christians, and think we are all goyim to be played with. freedom of speech (to bash anyone else's religious beliefs) as long as you don't criticize anyone that happens to be jewish or criticize israel.
just look what happened to the 3 heads of ivy league schools after they claimed people should have free speech, now "off with their heads"!

he's a good dude... but have you ever heard of a catholic putting italy, or the vatican city before the USA? we are primarily a christian/catholic nation, yet all of our foreign funds and military support go to israel or whoever else they tell us to send to (zelensky/etc)... while in every city in the USA people are starving to death and living in tents

Let's just call either option a waste of resources. These tent people make aliving off crying wolf rather than making attempts to pull themselves out of the gutter. All over the country there are Help Wanted signs in windows. Much easier to suck on the Biden teet though

Although the Bible never actually calls gambling a sin, it does give us principles that guide the humble into wisdom on this topic. For example, Jesus said, “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other.

“Watch out and guard yourselves against every form of greed; for not even when one has an overflowing abundance does his life consist of nor is it derived from his possessions.”

Since the Bible neither commands nor explicitly prohibits gambling, Christians must ask, “Will gambling help or harm me, others, or the cause of Christ?” What Is Gambling? To gamble means to risk something of value on events whose outcome is uncertain in the hope of obtaining something better.

For the sin which is at the heart of gambling is the sin of covetousness and greed, and this sin characterizes all of us by nature! We have not always used our money rightly, in the service of God's kingdom!
