There’s no taste in tonic it’s just carbonated water. That’s why you add the lime pal.

I've heard of some people doing the intermittent fasting and it works for them. Might be something for me to try in the future

I could have swore I tried tonic water before and it had a funny taste to it that just turned me off. Maybe it was mineral water or something
