8track was before my time. i’ve heard of it before, but could you describe what it actually is on how to play music lol. I’d rather hear it first hand from you then from Google.

I have an old tape player my Dad bought many many years ago shipped from Korea I think. Top line at that time. Plays 8 track,cassettes,and reel to reel.
My dad also use to cut records recording on 78 vinyls at family gatherings. Phonograph needle actually cut grooves in 78s to record music or talk.

I have heard from older people it’s hard to replace that old school vinyl pure sound from back in the day. It just hits a little different.

I hear that too I dunno. I used to be able to tell if a radio station DJ was playing a vinyl record or CD. Different sound from each.
