Kelly is an offensive genius.

I heard someone on Philly sports talk radio say today that Andy Reid is the best offensive mind in the NFL.

He might have been before Kelly became OC for the Raiders.

The Raiders now have someone who can out scheme every DC in the NFL.

We just need to acquire the talent to be able to execute Kelly's plan.

To that end, I am expecting the Raiders to draft for offense with the 6th pick.

Probably someone like McMillan or Jeanty although, if he's available when they pick, I would take Carter over everyone.

Raiders have a LOT of cap.room to spend this off-season and with Carroll, Kelly, and Graham as their coaching staff, I expect them to spend big.
