So all this talk about Brady running the show for the Raiders was false.

They hired a headhunter.

Who do you think hired the headhunters? Al and Mark have hired all the other coaches. Brady is calling the shots from the booth. He knows this is a conflict of interest and is doing it anyway. The league knows this is bad optics and has put in rules since Brady got in the booth and has a minority stake. Tom is limited to how he can do his broadcast job because of that conflict of interest. This is deflategate and spygate all rolled into one. This is all Brady skirting the rules………again.
