Pros and Cons of the Bears Hiring Brian Flores

Found this article about the "Pros and Cons of Chicago hiring Brian Flores" very interesting. Although I think the Bears really need a coach that can help the growth of Fields, Flores can still potentially grow the Bears better than Nagy.

I liked Pederson when he was with the Eagles. I think it would be a good fit in Chicago

I heard that Deshaun Watson likes Flores and that made it more surprising that Miami let him go

Not sure about you Le but if I'm a Bears fans I'd rather have Watson

Not impressed with what I've seen from Fields early on compared to other young QBs

Fields did not have the proper guidance he needed from Nagy...Nagy breaks quarterbacks, he did it with Trubisky, in my opinion

I won't outright say I think Fields is better than Watson, I just don't think we have seen Fields at his full potential yet. I'm trying to be patient and hope for the best!
