A strange object called 3I/ATLAS is moving through our solar system at an incredible speed of 130,000 miles per hour. It was discovered by a telescope in Chile on 1st July 2025. This object is not from our solar system and is only the third known interstellar visitor. What’s even more shocking is its huge size, between 10 and 20 kilometres wide, which is larger than Manhattan. It will pass near Jupiter, Mars and Venus before going behind the Sun in November.

Some scientists say it’s just a large comet or space rock, but not everyone agrees. Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb and his team believe it could be something more, possibly an alien spacecraft on a secret mission. Although the idea sounds strange, they say we should still take it seriously. They even talk about preparing defence plans, though they admit we may not be able to stop it if it turns out to be dangerous.

Adding to the mystery is a prediction by Baba Vanga, a famous Bulgarian woman known for her visions of the future. Many years ago, she said that humans would have contact with aliens in 2025. The latest image of the mysterious interstellar object racing through our Solar System has revealed it is changing shape and color.

A team of Austrian astronomers captured the object, known as 3I/ATLAS, on September 7, finding its once reddish glow has recently turned green. Scientists said these changes are unusual and not fully explained by current comet models.
