Yeah, so today he was speaking about his executive orders on climate change (because of course the stroke of a pen is more powerful than the sun or earth or Chinese factory CO2 output) and he starts ranting about an oil spill that occurred in Delaware. He stated that the next morning the mist was so thick w oil that he had to squeegee the tar off his windshield, and became, along w so many others he loved, infected with cancer.

So...not sure how skin cancer plays in here (that's the sun).
