Bobby, I've read people who take their car through an automatic car wash screws the car up big-time.

No, the car's been a mess inside and out for a little bit now and I figured it's time to get it clean

Were you getting some bad ratings because it was dirty Bobby?
Do you offer your riders niceties? The last Uber I took in vegas had bottled water, kleenex, Vegas brochures, etc... Do you do that Bobby?

No, I don't do any of that anymore, I used to have a tip jar with candy in it but hardly anyone was leaving a tip and it seemed tacky so I removed it. Customers would leave wrappers all over and it became too much of a pain. I don't do any bottled water or anything like that. At the end of the day people just want a safe ride from point A to point B and if I can provide good customer service along the way plus get some repeat business from those customers then I'm in good shape.
