They do them at a minor league ballpark we sometimes go to in Corpus Christi. The guy sitting a few rows behind us won. He bought something like $10 worth of tickets and won $1020.

Lots of sporting events do them, especially baseball games. The winner gets half of the prize pool. The other half the money from the ticket sales goes to the team for charity or other stuff.
