@JDS im excited for this next year. have the right people in place, infrastructure is solid, and we are all having fun—i don’t want to do this unless i can have fun with my people and all are close to making six figures. met with employee who does a lot of admin work and runs repair side of the company—we got him on a path to $80k by summer, and then bonus structure in place so that he can make $100k+ following year.

for fun: so far, i am taking the team up to seattle to watch the world cup this summer, we are doing our second putt putt miniature golf tournament for some serious cash, backyard olympics end of summer, and i just sponsored our third youth athlete—we have a 10 year old short track dirt bike racer, and two 11 year old club wrestlers that are beasts: company pays for everything to help them along their path towards excellence. i was really poor as a kiddo and couldn’t do certain sports or camps so i love supporting and helping kids that are driven,working hard, etc. want them to believe that anything is possible with hard work and determination
