Hey illini

I’ve been reflecting on your comment about having to ‘come here yearly and get my yearly stipend,’ and honestly, it doesn’t sit right. The church isn’t an ATM or a personal entitlement program—it’s a community built on genuine faith, sacrifice, and support for those truly in need or serving faithfully.

When someone treats it like a yearly payout they’re obligated to collect, especially while giving the impression of milking the congregation for personal gain, it comes across as manipulative and dishonest. If this is tied to some legitimate role or past service, transparency would help. But framing it as something you ‘have to’ do to collect money raises serious red flags about motives.

The people here give generously out of love for God and each other—not to fund someone’s con or sense of entitlement. If you’re genuinely part of this body, great—let’s see real engagement, accountability, and service instead of just showing up for the check.

How dare you write something like that to me. I have helped you and others through tremendous trial and tribulations. I’ve helped you overcome many fears and helped you during tough times. You have a lot of nerve saying this to me. This is why you will be going down to the deep depths and met with a ball of fury fire when your # is called. How dare you, JJ.

I thought they put a restraining order on you for that place Fly?
The last time, I think you were arrested for burglary, right?
I mean more to the Church than you will ever realize, Tankster
