I don’t think so FanDuel and DraftKings are out Robin Hood‘s and Webull out been out for a while

Everybody’s afraid of Nevada and I don’t know why

Well, I know why they have a massive amount of money and they’re not afraid to go to court so these places are backing out


The court Has to be Federal Court and would have to be held in Nevada and these books now they have no chance places like Polymarket


It’s 1000% sports betting but of course if they pay millions of dollars a year and taxes and licensing, then they might let them in

It's not worth the fight for these operators as Nevada isn't that big and their resources can be used elsewhere.

regulators have already discussed possibly revoking licenses for operators getting into prediction markets (like fd and dk) but I think it's all talk as we're talking millions in tax revenue gone. MGM says they wont get into it as they dont want to risk their licenses.
