There's a whole forum dedicated to political posts. I've happily participated in a couple of threads there, but it's annoying when looking through forums dedicated to other topics there are a bunch of political opinions/arguments.

Maybe I just didn't notice them before, but I started spending more time on BMR in part because there seemed to be less political evangelizing and the negative energy that often accompanies it. It seems like over the past couple of weeks it has picked up. I hope that posters can take it upon themselves to post in the appropriate place without heavy mod policing.

And in the spirit of politics posts... if you disagree with me you are wrong and a horrible person in all respects.

As someone who does not like politics, i understand this. Politics always has a negative aura surrounding it. thats why whenever i see any posts about politics, i kinda just scroll past it...like yeah if i do read something and i feel the need to express my opinion, i will. but for the most part, i sit back with politics. there's always someone thats going to disagree with you and will do everything they can to prove to you why they are correct. it's endless

I think we can make a rule where we can allow 2 or 3 political threads in the main forum. So far I only see 2 posts in relation to this subject.

Unless of course it's a topic that really affects the productivity and activity of the main forum in general.

Agree, nothing wrong with 1-2 especially if they were articles/videos that needed to be seen by all. i think the 2 that were in Chit chat fit that description

Yes! though it's very impossible to see a political threads without hating each other, I'm just asking everyone to remain civil. Fight and express for what you believe in a civilized manner.

I watched the hearing last night. They set the table for the next 5 hearings that will take place over the next few weeks.

I anticipated it being a lot of talk and no substance but ,they laid out a pretty compelling case against Trump. You try not to believe the info but the since most of their facts and information comes from testimony that originates from within Trump's own White House staff, his appointees (William Barr,...), and his own family (Ivanka, Jared), it's tough to argue against what they are saying.

We'll see how the next 5 hearings go and more information is shared.


One thing is for sure, the Pr*ud B*ys and O*th K*epers are S C R E W E D. They appear to have enough on them to put them in prison for a while.
